- Customers have the option to choose from letter mail or parcel postage via Australia Post. Heavier items will be automatically classified as parcel postage.
- We do not offer refunds and replacements for lost Letter Mail - Untracked as there is no tracking number, but if your product was received damaged please reach out.
- Parcel Post includes tracking for your peace of mind, and we can offer refunds for lost packages.
- International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and fees charged at the destination country.
- UK and EU customers please note standard parcel post is not available due to the VAT laws, however, you are able to purchase stickers via letter mail untracked.

2 Material Options to Choose From:
Vinyl Matte - tear resistant, lightweight and waterproof stickers that can be used on metal, windows, outdoors. A rough, smooth finish. Not weather proof, humid and bright places may cause the white areas of the sticker to be slightly yellow.
Paper Matte - Ideal for scrapbook writing, less smudges.
