Exchanges & Returns
- We do not offer exchanges as each product is made to order.
- Returns for change of mind are not available.
Cancellations
You can request a cancellation before 24 hours of purchasing it.
Refunds
Please be advised that refunds are dependant on your delivery option that you have chosen. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Refunds are not available for Letter Mail - UNTRACKED as there is no tracking, however, if you have received it damaged within 30 days of receiving the item please let us know. Follow the estimated delivery times for letter mail as a guide as seen on the FAQ page.
Parcel Post
- Refunds are available for lost and damaged packages. For more information on what constitutes a damaged or lost package, please see below.
Damaged & Lost Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, unusable or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send through an email within 30 days of receiving the item to be eligible for assessment. For damaged products you have the option to be provided a refund or a receive a replacement.
If your package has been lost and you did not receive it in the expected delivery times, please reach out within 30 days of that happening. For lost packages you will be provided a refund, if you wish to repurchase feel free to do so.
