Processing Times:
Each product is made to order, and is dispatched after 10-12 business days.
Australia & International Orders:
- Customers have the option to choose from letter mail or parcel postage via Australia Post. Heavier items will be automatically classified as parcel postage.
- We do not offer refunds and replacements for lost Letter Mail - Untracked as there is no tracking number, but if your product was received damaged please reach out.
- Parcel Post includes tracking for your peace of mind, and we can offer refunds for lost packages.
- International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and fees charged at the destination country.
- UK and EU customers please note you will be responsible for the VAT fees for standard parcel post, however, you are able to purchase stickers via letter mail untracked.
