The Process:
- Type in the text box the characters, ideally less than 13 characters or else only one column of stickers will only be available due to the longer size of the word/s. Caps and lowercase is included.
Size Guide (Height x Width):
Sticker sheet size MINI: 12.9 cm x 8.6 cm (5.08 inch x 3.39 inch)
Individual stickers MINI: Approximately 0.5 cm in height
Sticker sheet size SMALL: 15.5 cm x 10.3 cm (6.1 inch x 4.06 inch)
Individual stickers SMALL: Approximately 0.5 cm in height
Sticker sheet size LARGE: 21 cm x 14 cm (8.27 inch x 5.51 inch)
Individual stickers LARGE: Approximately 0.5 cm in height
To Note:
- There is a small white outline around the stickers, approximately 1 mm (0.04 inch)
- Individual sticker sizes are an approximation only. Depending on the number of characters and type of letters chosen, the length of the stickers can be longer than seen in the product listings.
Sticker Amount:
- Sticker amount varies on the number of characters chosen.
- It is recommended a maximum of 13 characters to have 32 stickers, anything more and there will be less stickers. Less characters may have the option for more than 32 stickers.
- Caps or lowercase is available, but to be mindful that caps and certain letters take up bigger space.
- If you are unsure if there will be 32 stickers or not, feel free to send me an email with your example wording/phrase.

Processing Times:
Each product is made to order, and is dispatched after 3-6 business days.
Australia & International Orders:
- Customers have the option to choose from letter mail or parcel postage via Australia Post.
- We do not offer refunds and replacements for lost Letter Mail - Untracked as there is no tracking number, but if your product was received damaged please reach out.
- Parcel Post includes tracking for your peace of mind, and we can offer refunds for lost packages.
- International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and fees charged at the destination country.
- UK and EU customers please note standard parcel post is not available due to the VAT laws, however, you are able to purchase stickers via letter mail untracked.

- Normal Matte Photo Paper Water Resistant & Kiss Cut - great for indoor use such as scrapbooks and planners. A matte, rough finish.
- Vinyl Glossy Photo Paper Water, Tear, Oil Resistant & Kiss Cut - durable stickers that can be used on metal, windows, outdoors. A glossy, shiny finish. Not weather proof, humid and bright places may cause the white areas of the sticker to be slightly yellow.
- Vinyl Clear Glossy Photo Paper & Kiss Cut - durable stickers that can be used for indoor use. A glossy, transparent finish. Not water resistant.
