Australia & International Orders:

Customers have the option to choose from letter mail or parcel postage via Australia Post. Heavier items will be automatically classified as parcel postage.
We do not offer refunds and replacements for lost Letter Mail - Untracked as there is no tracking number, but if your product was received damaged please reach out.
Parcel Post includes tracking for your peace of mind, and we can offer refunds for lost packages.
International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and fees charged at the destination country.
UK and EU customers please note standard parcel post is not available due to the VAT laws, however, you are able to purchase stickers via letter mail untracked.
