  • Customers have the option to choose from letter mail or parcel postage via Australia Post. Heavier items will be automatically classified as parcel postage.
  • We do not offer refunds and replacements for lost Letter Mail - Untracked as there is no tracking number, but if your product was received damaged please reach out.
  • Parcel Post includes tracking for your peace of mind, and we can offer refunds for lost packages.
  • International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and fees charged at the destination country.
  • UK and EU customers please note standard parcel post is not available due to the VAT laws, however, you are able to purchase stickers via letter mail untracked.
