Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times:

Each product is made to order, and is dispatched after 3-5 business days.

 

Australia & International Orders:

  • Customers have the option to choose from letter mail or parcel postage via Australia Post.
  • We do not offer refunds and replacements for lost Letter Mail - Untracked as there is no tracking number, but if your product was received damaged please reach out.
  • Parcel Post includes tracking for your peace of mind, and we can offer refunds for lost packages. Letter Mail - Tracked for Australia orders are also eligible for refunds for lost packages.
  • International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and fees charged at the destination country.
  • UK and EU customers please note standard parcel post is not available due to the VAT laws, however, you are able to purchase stickers via letter mail untracked.

Exchanges, Refunds & Cancellations

Exchanges & Returns

  • We do not offer exchanges as each product is made to order.
  • Returns for change of mind are not available.

 

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours after purchasing.

 

Refunds

Please be advised that refunds are dependent on your delivery option that you have chosen. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Letter Mail
  • Refunds are not available for Letter Mail - UNTRACKED as there is no tracking, however, if you have received it damaged within 30 days of receiving the item please let us know. Follow the estimated delivery times for letter mail as a guide as seen on the FAQ page.
  • Refunds are available for Letter Mail - TRACKED if your item has been damaged or lost. For more information on what constitutes a damaged or lost package, please see below.

Parcel Post

  • Refunds are available for lost and damaged packages. For more information on what constitutes a damaged or lost package, please see below.

 

Damaged & Lost Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, unusable or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send through an email within 30 days of receiving the item to be eligible for assessment. For damaged products you have the option to be provided a refund or a receive a replacement.

If your package has been lost and you did not receive it in the expected delivery times, please reach out within 30 days of that happening. For lost packages you will be provided a refund, if you wish to repurchase feel free to do so.

 

Please contact us at info@kneebble.com.au with your order number and photos of the damaged goods, once reviewed and approved you may wish to be provided a refund or receive a replacement. Any other queries feel free to reach out as well.

How many stickers are on one sticker sheet?

The amount varies on the sticker sheet for each listing. Please refer to the first photo thumbnail - that will be the number of stickers on the sticker sheet.

For listings that have mini, small and large sizes, all of them have the same amount of stickers.

What's the colour guide for your stickers?

Singular colours: consists of one colour for all the stickers.

Theme colours: Each column contains one singular similar colour, for example, neon theme below.

Rainbow option: Each sticker forms a rainbow, for example, rainbow vertical below.
